By accessing and using the Create My Gift website (createmygift.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Products & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) and include applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is final.
- Product images are representative. Due to the handcrafted nature of personalized products, slight variations in color and finish may occur.
Orders & Payment
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets through Razorpay.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is a pricing error, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp after successful payment.
Personalization
- You are responsible for the content (images, text) you submit for personalization.
- We reserve the right to reject orders with inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.
- Uploaded images should be of sufficient quality for printing. We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution images.
- Please double-check your personalization details before placing the order, as changes cannot be made once production starts.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and software — is the property of Create My Gift and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
User Accounts
- Account access is authenticated via OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during checkout.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Create My Gift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or order in question.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
