Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for non-personalized products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Personalized Products

⚠️ Personalized and custom-made products (items with your photos, text, or custom designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your choice.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and verify your return, we will initiate a refund.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For UPI/net banking payments, the refund may take up to 10 business days to reflect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for non-personalized products of the same value. If you wish to exchange for a higher-value item, you will need to pay the difference. Contact us to initiate an exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email createmygift.in@gmail.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll share the return shipping address
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided production has not started. Personalized products cannot be cancelled once production begins.
